Whilst Corpnet is a privately owned company, in 2005 a decision was made to introduce a Board of Directors to the organisational structure. The Board provides strategic support, direction and development to the company's management team to assist in facilitating Corpnet to continue to grow and expand into the future. 

Dennis O’Neill, BSc. (hons), FIEA, FAIM, FAICD
Non Executive Chairman

Dennis has over thirty years management experience - more than twenty years of that at a senior management level - in export, finance, manufacturing, distribution, construction, continuous processing, joint ventures and other forms of partnering. He is a well known and respected executive who has held numerous senior positions with private and public companies, both in Australia and overseas. Most notably Dennis previously held the position of Managing Director of United Group Limited and Evans Deakin Industries Limited, and Senior General Manager of a major division of the ANI Group.

Dennis is principal of the successful Brisbane based company Cadmean Management Services Pty Ltd and has also held advisory roles for federal and state government bodies and trade delegations. He has been a recent member of the Australian Contractors’ Council, a former Business Queensland Chief Executive of the Year, and State President of the previous Metal Trades Advisory Association (now part of the Australian Industry Group).

Agim Isai, AD Elec Eng, DipProjMgt, Reg PM (Cert V), MAICD
Managing Director 

Having worked in the IT industry for more than fifteen years, Agim was one of the founding members of Corpnet Computer Solutions (one of Corpnet's predecessors) in 1997. He has a diverse range of managerial experience across project management, operations, sales and marketing and currently occupies the leadership position at Corpnet as Managing Director.

Agim holds affiliations with the Australian Institute of Project Management and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
 

Angelo Catalano, BBus, GradDipProfAcc, CA 
Corporate Advisor

Angelo is a Chartered Accountant and has been in public practice for more than seventeen years. Of that time, has been a partner in GA Wallace Group for the past six years.

Angelo is also a Director of a privately owned property development company and sits on the Advisory Board of a Wholesale distribution business in the automotive parts industry.
