Prevention Plus

Prevention Plus is a fixed price, IT maintenance and support program which provides a tailored and proactive offering, specifically designed for each Corpnet client.

A Prevention Plus support plan allows an organisation to concentrate on generating revenue whilst Corpnet looks after the IT headaches. Corpnet’s aim is to reduce its clients overall IT spend by making their IT systems stable and always reliable.

Prevention Plus offers:

  • Virus Management, Back Up Management and Patch Management
  • Access to Corpnet’s Help Desk, open 8:30am to 5:00pm weekdays
  • Technical support via on-site visits, telephone support or remote access (excluding after hours and disaster recovery)
  • Scheduled preventative maintenance
  • Site Surveys and Systems Documentation
  • Third Party Facilitation and single point of contact for all IT related issues.
