The obvious progressive merger of Corpnet Computer Solutions and SEC was effected to form SEC Corpnet, later renamed to become the Corpnet Pty Ltd that we know today. |

Corpnet purchased Western Computers Services division through an opportunity to increase and develop its services related customer base. |

Corpnet introduces a Board to the company's structure to provide the vision and strategic direction necessary to maintain scalable and sustainable growth. The board deploys proper corporate governance and strategic support, direction and development to the company's management team to assist in facilitating Corpnet to continue to grow and expand into the future. |
